Shades the Clown is one of Lincoln's Finest Balloon Twisters and Face Painters. She has over 25 yrs of experience in entertaining at events with her Balloons . She is available for all types of events. She specializes in larger events such as fairs, Carnivals, Company Events, Holiday Parties, Sporting Events and School Fun Nights.
